Although I haven't seen him in more than ten years I

In the back of Entertainment Weekly September 4, 1998 #448 on page 96 at the
bottom it has a small article that includes Stand By Me. The article is called
time capsule. It is from September 8, 1986. Here it is:
AT THE MOVIES, Rob Reiner's coming-of-age-drama Stand By Me, featuring
Jerry O'Connell(Scream 2) and Corey Feldman, is #1 at the box office. In 1996,
O'Connell will stand by Feldman, offering the drug-plagued star a guest shot on
his series Sliders.
